This playbook provides scaffolding for learning, consisting of three main phases: Learning the assembly of methods, techniques, and tools that make up The Flow System. Applying these assemblies of methods, that advances learning by guiding practitioners to experiment with each method. Identifying how to entangle the assembly of methods from each of the three helixes from the Triple Helix of Flow (complexity thinking, distributed leadership, and team science) to achieve a state of flow. The Flow System Playbook is a powerful tool describing many concepts and methods for managers and practitioners to facilitate a fresh approach to dealing with ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty in today's institutions and organizations.
